The software we use is authenticated by HMRC. We don’t mess around! It’s safe, secure and fully backed up so you have the peace of mind you would expect from working with us.
You don’t even have to work out what you need to pay. We will do it all for you. We’ll calculate staff wages including statutory payments, work out any deductions and pensions and just give you the gross to net pay.
Always wanting to keep you informed, we will send you reports with full breakdowns of calculations and advise you of the net payments due to employees and the pension provider. We even send a payslip to the employee via email and a P32 detailing the payments due monthly to HMRC for PAYE (We’re good like that!)

Managed solution
Paperwork, sorted!
When it comes to pensions, it’s a headache! Let’s not bother to deny it. The whole ‘opt in or opt out’ thing is just confusing! Luckily, our team of wizards are ready to wave their wand and sort everything for you.
We will manage the pension scheme for you and send out auto-enrolment letters to the employee (via email) in the required time frame. All you have to do is tell them to look out for it. We also manage re-enrolment and provide the figures for you to complete your declaration of compliance with the pension provider.
Xero, Sage & Brightpay
P60s & annual figures
As an added bonus (not really, it’s all part of the service), we will close and submit your year-end payroll figures and send out P60’s to employees via email with a copy sent to you.
We can process via Xero if you are already using that software for your accounts: It will give you access to payroll. We also use Sage & Brightpay which tends to be a better fit with larger and more complex payroll processing.
